Martin I. Jajan is the founder of JAJAN & Associates.

Martin practices primarily in the areas of international corporate law, international tax law, real estate, and trust and estate planning.  Martin received his B.A. from Hofstra University, his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and a Certificate in International and Comparative Law from the University of San Diego School of Law.

Martin began his career with the Spanish law firm of Monereo, Meyer & Marinel-Lo in Madrid, Spain, where he focused on the practice of international transactions and international litigation and arbitration. After returning to New York, Martin was associated with a boutique litigation firm, where he represented clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Martin was then associated with a boutique international firm where he focused on representing families with multinational interests, in both their business and personal affairs.

Martin is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association (International Law Section), the Argentine - American Chamber of Commerce, the Spain - U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the Brazilian - American Chamber of Commerce.

Martin is also an author of various published articles, including articles published in "In the World" magazine, which focuses on international real estate investment and development.  Martin has spoken at various conferences, including "International Lending", presented in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and "International Jurisdiction", presented in Chicago, USA.
