In 1995, after working in the Argentine Judiciary, Luis joined Noetinger & Armando, a top-tier law firm in Buenos Aires, where he developed his professional career over sixteen years in the fields of Intellectual Property, Product Liability, Consumer Law, Contracts and Complex Litigation.
He was an active member of the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA) and has authored several Country Reports for the Republic of Argentina on Intellectual Property, Litigation and Arbitration, among others. He has been a panelist and speaker at many conferences and symposia in Argentina and abroad, including the Annual Conferences of AIJA in Toronto, and Budapest.
Being a recognized scholar, Luis was appointed professor of Civil Procedure and Consumer Law at both the University of Buenos Aires and Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (UCES).
Luis moved to New York in 2013 to join Melchionna & Associates P.C. as a Foreign Legal Consultant. He was admitted to the New York Bar Association in 2014 and headed the Gandolfo LLC’s New York Office from 2015, until he founded Denuble Law PLLC.
He provides legal advice to the needs of our global client base, on matters ranging from corporate structures, legal entities, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, business immigration, regulatory compliance (Federal, State and Local levels).
He is currently the President of the Argentine Lawyers Association in New York.
